Personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy for pain, recovery and performance, led by a Chartered Physiotherapist with dedicated training in women's and pelvic health, and an athlete's understanding of what it takes to get back to full strength.
The philosophy behind Pure Performance Physio.
I'm a Chartered, HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with experience across the NHS, private practice and sport. My work centres on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women's and pelvic health, and rehabilitation for athletes, built on evidence-based assessment and a treatment plan shaped around your goals.
I'm especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the return to exercise or sport. Pelvic health conditions, from pelvic girdle pain to pelvic floor dysfunction, can affect quality of life in ways people often struggle to talk about. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space that meets you where you are.
As a former gymnast who overcame injuries myself, I understand what it takes, physically and mentally, to recover and trust your body again. That perspective shapes how I work with everyone I see, from a new mother rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength to an athlete returning after an ACL reconstruction.
Every plan starts with listening: understanding your symptoms, your goals, and how your condition is affecting the things you want to get back to. From there, we build a programme that is specific, progressive, and genuinely yours.
Professional registrations, specialist training, and a background in competitive gymnastics that runs through everything from ACL rehab to pitch-side first aid.
Three stages, one plan built specifically around you.
A detailed conversation about your symptoms, goals and daily life, followed by a thorough physical assessment to identify what's really driving your pain or limitation.
A personalised, evidence-based treatment plan, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and additional tools like acupuncture or clinical Pilates where they'll help most.
Progressive rehabilitation that takes you beyond "pain-free" and back to full function, whether that's sport, training, motherhood, or everyday movement with confidence.
Private session fees, with dedicated pathways for women's and pelvic health. Club and team rates available on enquiry for performance and gymnastics conditioning work.
Reviews from recent patients.
After my major operation in December, I had been feeling quite lost and struggling with my stomach and shoulder. Jamaica listened carefully and made me feel genuinely heard — even after one appointment, I felt hopeful about my recovery.
Very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. She took time to understand my situation and goals post wrist surgery, and gave clear guidance on exercises and recovery.
Professional and thorough examination and diagnosis, with remedial exercises demonstrated clearly. Appointment was on time and took the full 45 minutes — no hard sell on follow-ups. Would certainly recommend.
An excellent physio. Patient, thorough, and gave structured support for my issue. The whole process was seamless, top ratings.
Really helpful and helped me understand my injury, with a clear action plan to get better. Looking forward to my follow up.

No, you can self-refer directly for any appointment. If you have a specific referral from a GP or consultant, bring any relevant scans or letters along to your first session.
We'll start with a thorough conversation about your symptoms, history and goals, followed by a physical assessment. You'll leave with a clear explanation of what's going on and an initial plan. Most people also start their first exercises or treatment in that same session.
Many private health insurers cover physiotherapy. Get in touch before booking and I can let you know what's needed for your provider, and provide invoices for you to claim back.
