What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Any information you choose to include in your message — which may include health-related information you volunteer
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking software on this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your suitability for treatment, and arrange an appointment if you choose to book one. Our lawful basis for processing this data is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Where you go on to become a patient, further personal and health information collected as part of your care (case history, assessment findings, treatment notes) is held separately in our clinical record-keeping system, in line with our professional obligations as a Chartered Physiotherapist regulated by the HCPC.
How long we keep it
Enquiry form submissions that do not lead to an appointment, and clinical records for patients, are retained for 12 months in line with our records management practices, and then deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by service providers who support the running of this website or practice (for example, email or booking software providers), acting under our instruction.
